From June 25th to July 4th, thirteen girls from Sonoma County Alliance went to Cessenatica, Italy to play in the Italy Cup Soccer Tournament.  Team Rockstar, as the girls called themselves, was one of four teams from the US.  After playing teams from Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, they were 2-2-2 in the tournament and took 6th place!,   Trisha Ziemer was the coach and the players were Arianna Martinez, Maddy Thomas, Jackie Burggraf, Serena Mogannam, Mimi Gallo, Bella Santia, Shelby Evenich, Becca Benjamin, Katie Bipes, Paulie Lorenc, Erika Payer, Emily Panacci and Kaylee Castro.

The girls made soccer friends from all over the world have memories that will last forever.  Team Rockstar would like to thank all of those who supported the fundraisers over the past year that helped the team make the trip.
