SCA introduces the first year of High School Academy. This is a chance for the High School age players to reunite with their teammates and other club members to continue their SCA soccer education. These sessions will be a with a fun spirit and filled with lots of scoring exercises and games. These sessions will be on September 11th 430-6pm, September 18th 530-7pm, October 9th 530-7pm and October 23rd 530-7pm. These will all be held at SSU Track Stadium. We would like to invite all SCA High School players to the October 16th matches as SSU Men play Dominguez Hills @ 1130am and SSU Women play Dominquez Hills @ 2pm. Look for the SCA banner and support SSU in the SCA section.

College Night will be Sept 20th. First we ask everyone to attend the SSU Men’s game versus SFSU @ 4pm. At 7pm the College Night Lecture will follow. This lecture includes not only valuable dialogue, but also some important handouts to help guide the high school player through the recruiting process. This night is not only for the players, but the parents too. The parents play a crucial role in aiding their player through the process. The location will be announced when finalized. We are hoping for a classroom big enough to hold everyone at SSU. If not we will use something close to SSU so after the game you can arrive their quickly.
