Procedure for signing up for games on ISCOS.com

  1. Email SCA Referee Assignor Steve Larsen ( This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it ) or SCA Referee Coordinator Wes Beecham ( This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it ) to request a user name and password.
  2. Once logged on to the ISOCS.com website click ‘Request Assignments’ and follow instructions to request assignments to indicate your availability.
  3. Age group guidelines for youth referees 12-15: should be at least 2 years older than the players you are officiating.
  4. Age group guidelines for youth referees 16-18: should have at least 20-30 games of experience officiating Rec and Class III games before taking a center for a Class I U14 Boys or Girls game.  Having played Class I soccer does not necessarily mean you have the experience to manage games at this level.
  5. Adult referees should feel comfortable centering Class III U16 Boys game before centering Class I U14 Boys and Girls and age groups above.
  6. All referees: please do not sign up for any games you have a family member playing in.
  7. Team referees may be asked to AR for a game if the position is still open at game time. Please do not take the center on these games because it creates too many conflicts between teams due to the conflict of interest issue.
  8. 48 hours notice required to cancel assignments.
  9. Cancel games by contacting Steve Larsen.
  10. Check the scasoccer.com for weather hotline and field closure status.

Completed game cards with referee signatures should be kept by the manager.
Complete send off report for all red cards within 24 hours as instructed by NorCal Premier League rules, and forward to NorCal, Steve Larsen, and Wes Beecham.
