SCA White Program
Thursday, 01 January 2004

The number one goal of the SCA program is to develop players. We understand that players grow and develop at different rates. Just because a player is not the strongest, fastest or most technical player today, does not mean they can’t grow and develop into the great player of the future. In order to ensure those players get good coaching as well as the opportunity to develop, we have created the SCA White Program.

Unlike 2nd teams in other programs where players are ignored or poorly treated, all players within the SCA program will be coached, trained and developed equally. The SCA and the SCA White teams will function as a complement to one another, as they motivate and support each other to reach their fullest potential. SCA will strive to have all our teams compete at the appropriate level to ensure player and team development.

The White Program will provide the best opportunity for any player with the goal of reaching the SCA 1st team. SCA strives for player development and our White Program is another place for players to maximize their potential. SCA is committed to creating the most cooperative and positive experience for all SCA players and teams.

Additional Information
