Welcome by Chairman Behen. Chair announced that David Rabbitt resigned from his position as club booster. He was thanked for his numerous contributions to the Club and continued support.

DOC Report - Sterling
Managers or team representative should have attended the Dist. V meeting. For games work with the fields coordinator to schedule. Behen sent all managers league playing form and this needs to be returned ASAP. Coach must sign.
Camps - Hoek skills camp this week. Open to all SCA players. SSU live in Hoek Camp next week. Hoek Experience for SCA team training end of the month. $115 per player. Parents invited to host Dutch players. Hoek brought young kids this year to demonstrate ball handling skills.
Regionals - Modest U13 and up. All SCA teams will be there participating. Rabbitt suggested to the group that managers bring rags and ice because it will be hot this weekend and a cold rag during and after a game helps. Ortega suggested that a windsock be put in a specific place at the fields to indicate an SCA meeting place. This will be at the discretion of the Sr. Coordinator.
Summer homework contest - kids to record time working on soccer skills outside of practice. Contest for team and individual winners. Forms on the website.
Evaluations - for youngers completed. For the olders will be completed in late July. There will be one day of training dedicated so that coaches can meet with the parents. Diefenbach-Carle stated that those teams with many players would need more then one day for the evaluations. Agreed.
College Night - date TBD. Will announce at next Board/Team Manager meeting.
SOL - Planning a high school all star game. Took all Empire players from MVL, SCL, etc. and combined into 2 teams. Games 6/23 at 3 p.m. girls, 5 pm boys at Santa Rosa HS.

Rabbitt asked if rosters posted on the website could include what side of town the player resides on so that parents can coordinate car pools. Discussion ensued. Privacy restrictions with amount of information allowed on website.
Behen noted managers need to update rosters in near future on website. Sterling said he will have player profiles on website and can print and take to college showcase tournaments. Website will have many upgrades - statistics, player participation, etc. Behen noted that only those that signed the web consent forms will have full names on website - other wise only the player’s initials will be on roster.
