Fundraising:

      Sue presented fundraising opportunities she is researching

      Fresh Choice will be on the 21 of June, Sue has printed flyers and will disburse them to teams

Player Assistance:

      The committee hasn’t met yet

      The fireworks booth will be available to families on player assistance on July 4

      Perhaps fundraising {snack-shack} at Nor-Cal should go to player assistance, need someone to coordinate

Registration:

      1/3 of the teams are done through the dist.

      Human Race monies have been deposited, SCA needs to increase participation and this most likely can be done by having a person promote and coordinate the event next year

DOC:

      Five teams are preparing to leave for Idaho; an emergency form will be required by each player to travel on the bus. Managers and coaches will get the form to and from players. At this time there are 90 traveling on the bus

      A sub committee will form to set guidelines for travel w/o an adult

      Josh and Gary will work on a standard reimbursement form for coaches travel expenses

      SCA needs to have a College night, Josh will work on info for the night

      SCA hosted a U10 Nor-cal Jamboree. The event was great! There was a lot of work before because of field problems but the staff did a great job over coming field problems. SCA teams played well.

      Goalie training will start in June on Tuesdays and Fridays, teams will be assessed $50.00 per goal keeper per month

      SCA is thinking of putting on a U10 “State Cup” party in November
