Members Present: Terry Catton, Cathy West, Tony Behen, Josh Sterling, Joni Lewis, Kevin Tasselmyer, Rick Mitchell, Stephanie Derby, Vivian Chia, Cindy Guy, Saeid Rahimi, Victoria Hunt, Robin Johnson, Jim Gilles, Carolynn Ratto Treasures Report: Cathy mails out ck request and made a request for SCA to purchase stamps and requested SCA to pay for a damaged quick goal. Tracie motioned to have SCA pay for stamps and one quick goal that was damaged during tryouts. Kevin seconded, the motion carries Terry motioned For SCA to change banks, Bank of the West to Washington Mutual. Rick seconded, motion carried Cathy reported she has a new program that will follow donations made to the club by Josh Sterling Hoek camp funds need to be in team accounts, they will be deducted at the end of June Nor-Cal: PYSL will pay the referees and SCA will reimburse PYSL for the payments Juggling fundraiser: Josh would like the club to reward the team that raises the most money for the Juggling/Field fundraiser Terry motioned to spend up to $350.00 on a reward for the Juggling fundraiser. Stephanie seconded, motion carried. Josh indicated he would look into different colored training jerseys. Fireworks- All teams received time to man the booth and pre-sale tickets. All presale tickets must be returned sold and un-sold ones. 4th of July is available for families who are receiving player assistance contact Karen Turner to work. Fundraising- Candy bars are available contact Sue Bolt Fresh Choice night is June 21 Request was made by the U15 boys to sell Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, request was granted Teams Traveling- Players traveling to Idaho need to have an emergency form completed to ride the bus Uniforms- Black Jersey will be available by the end of the week Warm-ups and backpacks in July Public Forum- There is concern about sending teams to travel {Idaho} so early in the season perhaps there should be more thought into the solidity of the team before making the decision Submitted by: Tracie Hankerson. |
