November tournament with 30 – 35 teams to play at M Park. • Possible “Open Cup” being planned by NorCal Premiere League for January/February allowing teams to prepare for State Cup more locally, as opposed to traveling to SoCal or Central Valley. • Four -week recreational program administered through PYSL for month of August. • U-18G team is down to 12 players. IX. AJAX of Orlando – Josh reported that they are looking for affiliates and are interested in offering the opportunity to SCA. SCA would provide fields and advertising for a regional camp where scouts from AJAX would visit to possibly select players for their program in Orlando. Josh will summarize and e-mail Board for discussion and decision at our next meeting. X. Cruz Azul – Josh reminded us that Juan Arias would like to host Clinics geared to Hispanic community. He has his own insurance, but would like SCA’s assistance in securing fields. He would not compete for SCA’s players but rather would assist in locating more talent, and building trust in SCA through his relationships with our local Hispanic community. XI. Referee Scheduling – Sign-ups for refereeing SCA games to be played in Rohnert Park are conducted through the RPSL website. XII. Petaluma United - Class III Kickin’ Chicken tournament will be held on August 14 & 15th. PYSL Soccerfest on September 1st – coordinated by Denise Stave. XIII.
