Danny introduced Cathi Dolcini, Cathi is interested in the SCA treasurer position and has met with Cathy West whose resignation is effective as of 9/13/2004 as the SCA treasurer. Cathi Dolcini is a CPA and has a daughter playing for SCA.

Tracie motioned to appoint Cathi Dolcini to the SCA treasures position, Budd 2nd the motion, motion carried

Karen motioned to have Cathi Dolcini, Danny Ortega, Terry Catton, and Joni Lewis be signatures on the SCA account Josh 2nd the motion, motion carried

Tony motioned to accept the SCA travel expense as presented Budd 2nd the motion, motion carried

Backpacks are in however the cost to embroider them is in question. Discussion was had on the expense.

Josh motioned to have Tony find the best deal for embroidery not to exceed $22.50 ea. Budd second the motion, motion carried
