Tournament Check-in:


Mandatory tournament check in will take place on Friday, September 4, 2009 between 6:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the following location.

Credentials Needed at Check-in:  

Teams must provide the following required credentials at tournament check-in:

  • Laminated Player Passes: US CLUB SOCCER or * CYSA Passes for each rostered player
  • Signed Medical Release Forms will be required for all players at Check-in.
  • Letter of insurance conformation for non US Club teams.
  • FOUR copies of your US Club Roster w/jersey numbers
  • Coaches and/or Team Officials must present proper credentials (passes) at team Check-in. Only credentialed Coaches and/or Team Officials will be permitted on the sideline bench area with their team.


Rosters & Guest Players:
Teams may register a maximum of 18 players for U12-U14 age groups and 14 players for the U11 age group. A player can not be rostered on two different teams in the same age group.

* The Sonoma County Classic is a US Club Soccer sanctioned event. CYSA teams are allowed to register  but must purchase tournament insurance through US Club in order to participate.  Please use the following link to purchase the insurance :
