| SCA 90 Boys Team Win Two NorCal Games In Sacramento |

| On a scorching July 22nd day, the SCA 90 Boys team coached by Andrew Ziemer, traveled to Granite Park in Sacramento and came away with two wins in NorCal league play. Their first game ended with a score of 6-0 against Sacramento United. Goals were scored for SCA by Jesus Canela, Taylor Powers, John Harris, Justin Powers, and two by Evan Field. In the second game SCA won by a score of 3-1 over a strong Reno Rebellion team. Goals were scored by Tony Halleran, Freddie Hernandez, and Justin Powers. A solid defense throughout the day was provided by Eli Carrillo, Max Korbus, Eric Eklund, Ryan Guinan, and Geoffrey Tange. The continued hard work of distributing balls and controlling the tempo of the game was done by midfielders Michael Schmidt, Taylor Powers, Chris Martinez, Jose Juarez, and Adon. An outstanding job was done by the goalkeeper Tommy Siragusa. |
