DOC REPORT: Josh reported that the Boise tournament was a huge success for Club culture. RE NorCal Winter Cup – only 32 teams in each age group will be accepted to keep the league manageable. Hoek Experience – described as a positive on-going relationship. The Club is seeking a Coordinator for next year’s “experience.” Puma Cup 6 v. 6 – very successful in general – team formation and level of teams is being evaluated in looking to next year’s tournament. Cal Cup – Josh noted that this tourney is a good gauge to see where you are as a team. Coach Fred Jungemann has been selected to be Head Assistant Coach at Cal State Los Angeles. He leaves August 1, after having been with SCA for four years. Summer break – July 18 – August 1. District V league games will be played on two fields in Rohnert Park – maybe some night games which will present fundraising opportunities for SCA teams. FIREWORKS BOOTH: Terry reported that teams will probably have earned $500 for Hoek Experience and may receive an additional amount, to be determined.

CYSA CREDENTIALS: have arrived – teams registered in Rohnert Park see Terry; Petaluma – see Karen Turner.

TREASURER’S REPORT: Team treasurer’s have been e-mailed report – there will be holes so Kathi Dolcini requests that you e-mail her with responses or questions. All treasurers should e-mail her so she is certain to have your e-mail address – some treasurer’s e-mail addresses are missing – BE SURE to note WHICH TEAM YOU”RE FROM in each e-mail sent, to make requests easier for Kathi to process.

PYSL/RPSL Report: Tony reminded us that SCA is a cooperation between the Rohnert Park and Petaluma soccer leagues. Danny and Dave will be attending a meeting for discussion of this merger and its success and concerns to date.

UNIFORMS: Black jerseys are being printed for the U-9’s, 10’s and 12’s. The temporary white jerseys are being sent. U-17B uniforms are being printed (ready in 7 – 14 days.) REMINDER from Kim Behen: Uniform money is received by her – NOT DEPOSITED WITH OTHER TEAM MONIES AS IT WAS LAST YEAR.

Teams may sell See’s Candy to earn money for player’s assistance – call Karen Turner or Joni Lewis. Gina Munraz phoned families to request that they help out at fireworks booth – an increase in their participation was seen.

SSU PARKING PASSES: Stephanie reminded teams to pick up their passes from her porch if they hadn’t already done so. Passes are for 15 minute drop-offs. You may drop off by new student housing until August 5th – then you’ll need to use other lots. New passes will be distributed after August 29th.
